It features a turbofan fan that activates when temperatures exceed 45°C and turns off when temperatures fall below 40°C. The upgraded turbofan cooling system is quieter and more effective, making it perfect for use in RVs, commercial vehicles, boats, yachts, and various solar systems.
Equipped with a negative grounding design, our 80A charge controller is safer for lead-acid and lithium batteries. It supports a range of battery types, including sealed, gel, flooded, and LI (LiFePO4 and Lithium-Ion) batteries. Charging parameters for sealed, gel, flooded, and LI batteries are pre-set. Users can customize charging parameters for other battery types according to their needs. Features include programmable absorption voltage, float voltage, low voltage cutoff, and load timer.
Our 80A solar charge controller can handle high PV input power and voltage. For a 12V system, it suggests a solar power of 960W and a PV input voltage range of DC20V to DC80V. In a 24V system, it supports up to 1920W and a range of DC37V to DC105V. For a 36V system, the range is 2880W with a PV input voltage range of DC50V to DC160V. In a 48V system, the range is 3840W with a PV input voltage range of DC72V to DC160V.
Our charge controller offers comprehensive protection against overcurrent, short circuit, reversed polarity, overvoltage, over-discharge, and over-temperature. An external temperature probe ensures precise battery temperature monitoring. The system is compatible with both lead-acid and lithium batteries. It adjusts charging cycles for lithium batteries and uses solar panel energy to activate them while preventing overcharging. It is important to note that lithium batteries should not be charged when the temperature is below 0°C.
Equipped with advanced MPPT technology, our charge controller continuously tracks the array’s maximum power point to deliver the maximum power to recharge the battery. The tracking efficiency is at least 99%, and the peak conversion efficiency is up to 97%.
